A Note From Ashley

Many of you may know that this is a hard thing to go through because you never know what the chances are of the person having surgery surviving or dying. I bet this situation is hard for my mom's parents and for her own family living with her right now. (Dad and I) So any of you out there with comments don't be afraid to share your opinions with us because if you wish luck for my mom that would mean everything to us.
The patient's loving daughter,
Ashley

You are so prescious! Just so you have an idea of the risk, Doctor Pochettino said the risk of dying was about 2%. Remember doing probability? Much better than that 50/50 odds you were learning about in school a few weeks ago. I plan on being here to hug and kiss you for a long, long time.
Love you!!
Mommy

Dear Ashley,

What a sweet little girl you are! The apple of your mommy's eye, no doubt.

Your mom is a very strong woman and she is going to make it through her surgery just fine. She's going to be with you for many, many more fun years to come.

You, your mom and your dad will be in our thoughts and prayers. Stay happy and strong for your mom.

Love,
Zach, Stephanie & Olivia
(Erin's uncle, aunt & cousin)

Ashley,
I am not sure if you know me or not, but I teach with your mom. Your mom is one special lady and when it comes to being nice she is right there at the top. Your mom is one tough cookie and I know that God still has lots of things for her to do. I am sure this is a very hard time for you, but know that you have lots of people thinking of and praying for you and your mom. Hang in there and before you know it you will be enjoying summer vacation with mom!

Ashley,
When I was 81/2 my Mom was sick too, so I know a little bit about how you're feeling.

But eveeything worked out ok for my Mom because we prayed for her and asked GOD to guide the doctor's hands to do what was needed to make her well.

We're going to do that for your Mom ..my Gramma says that when you pray from yor heart, even our family in Heaven pray with us..
so there will be lots of people asking to make your Mom well.

Your Cousin,
Brenden Johnson
